We strongly advise you take your time to ensure that the product you ordered is the correct size, quantity and item you want before finalising your purchase. Faulty products will require you to email support with your order information and photos of the product.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.
